THE SPACE
Ground level is the entrance, pool (heated in cooler months), pool lounge area and private powder room, carport, outdoor shower.
Upstairs is the open plan lounge, dining, kitchen, outdoor decks, 3 bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry facilities.
High vaulted white timber lined ceilings and engineered timber floors define the central living space which is open and filled with natural light. You will be instantly drawn through the wide opening French glass doors to the stunning outdoor entertaining area. From the comfort of the lounge room furnishings opening out to the deck and outdoor lounging, the areas flow to let the outside in and enjoy the sea breezes with all sides opening with French glass doors. Luxury interiors furnish this light and spacious three bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property, easily accommodating two families. A large open plan kitchen, dining and lounge leads to terraces on either side, with outdoor lounge and dining terrace, ideal for alfresco dining.
Furnished for relaxing and socialising, it is the perfect place to catch up on a book with a morning coffee, laze on the deck, or enjoy a drink with family and friends while the kids entertain themselves in the private pool.

Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms for the bedrooms, ensures that guests will be housed in privacy and comfort. All bedrooms run along the top floor, a large master bedroom with ensuite. The second bedroom with queen bed, and the third bedroom with built in designer timber bunk beds - 2 x doubles and 2 x singles - with its own balcony.

The pool and pool lounge area is located downstairs, running the back length of the property, it provides a relaxing area for the family to enjoy. There are lounge chairs, day bed and a private powder room. All fully fenced and this separate lounging ensures that you and your guests will have plenty of space to spread out.

Comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, there are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, open plan living room, kitchen, outdoor shower, self-contained amenities, off street parking and a fantastic pool area. This top floor apartment offers year-round comfort with zoned ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout.

Dining - Five minute walk to well known restaurants such as Locale, Rococo, Sails, Seasons, Bistro C, Aromas, Betty’s Burgers, Wood Fire Grill, Rock Salt and Wasabi - everything is within walking distance.

We supply shower products, fresh white bath towels, beach towels and linen.

$650 per night - Low Season - Minimum 4 nights
$700 per night - Mid Season - Minimum 4 nights
$900 per night - High Season - Minimum 5 nights
$1,500 per night - Xmas Season - Minimum 7 nights
$2,000 per night - Xmas and NYE week - Minimum 7 nights

Cleaning fees may apply to shorter stays.
Booking Fee - $50 Non Refundable booking fee will be applied to all bookings.
