The Hillhouse is a lovely laid back 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home that accommodates up to 9 people - maximum 6 adults and 3 children.
Offering both indoor and outdoor living areas there is plenty of room to relax and entertain. The views from the deck offer beautiful sunrises and stunning afternoons spent enjoying watching whales in Winter months, dolphins, and beautiful sea breezes in Summer. Indoor blends seamlessly to outdoor, with a large deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

During summer spend your days on the beach and then lounging on the deck, or in winter cosy up by the fireplace. 

The Hillhouse is just 2 minutes walk to Sunshine Beach Village, restaurants, cafes and pristine Sunshine Beach, and a 7 minute drive to Hastings Street.
This beach house has an open plan lounge, living and dining, and a ‘feel at home’ style, all looking out to the deck with amazing ocean views.

This older original beach house will suit families who love the location, the area, the views - and are happy to stay in an older home with some weathering, character and imperfections without the price tags.

2 main bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom, and another two bedrooms downstairs with main bathroom/laundry.
This home suits a couple, family or small group wanting to get away. 

PLEASE NOTE - the two upstairs bedrooms have open ceilings to the living, lounge and dining areas so this needs to be considered when choosing what bedroom will suit the family.
The main bedroom downstairs - access is through the kids room. There is a door to close these two bedrooms off.
The main downstairs bathroom is not renovated and in original condition - but it is large and offers a bath, walk in large shower, toilet and laundry area, clean and family friendly with a glass sliding door opening up to an outside clothes line and surfboard racks.

It features casual interior furnishings, with feature timber and brick walls and original floorboards upstairs.

The open-plan interior spaces are light-filled, ensuring this home has a style that allows guests to kick back, relax and enjoy the spectacular view. Each room has a fan and the home is designed to allow beautiful cross ventilation breezes, with windows, large glass sliding doors and a deck on the sea side of the house.

This home is also pet friendly, so bring your beloved pooch when you visit!
